February is here and I’m feeling pretty good about this month. January had me reading six new books, and although I was so poorly for the majority of the month I feel like I managed to get a lot done. I managed to  blog 3 times a week for the whole month, saved some money and went to the gym a few times although I’d have liked to have gone a lot more! I’m looking forward to February and continuing to read – also looking forward to my first valentines with David, even if we just stay in and watch a movie I’d be so overly happy doing that – especially after the fiasco that was last valentines. So for February I’ve decided to set myself a few goals – I liked having a few goals for January, nothing too…

Glossier is a brand that I’ve read so many reviews on in the past few months but have yet to actually try anything for myself. If we’re gonna narrow it down to just a couple products I want to get my hands on I definitely want to try their Boy Brow and their Milky Jelly Cleanser. I’ve been looking for a replacement for Benefits Gimmie Brow for awhile and as Glossier is cruelty free and this seems like the perfect choice. I’ve also got my eye on the new Solution – as it sounds like a great addition to my skin care routine. January is always a fairly slow month, pay day seems like a lifetime away and in Glasgow it snowed for near enough half the month – also I was sick for the whole month so not the best time. I am a book reading machine and I’m loving that I’m back reading again.

Luckily it also smells divine – but I actually only first smelled it in the Airport coming home from Amsterdam. David’s parents once again surprised me with a rather expensive fragrance as a present – for my birthday they got me Valentino Donna which has fast become one of my most reached for scents.  Jean Paul Gaultier do unfortunately test on animals – but most fragrance brands seem to these days – I’m going to try get myself a cruelty free perfume soon, but in the mean time I’ll use up the ones I’ve been given as gifts.  The bottle is really pretty, the liquid inside it is a rose-y pink shade. The…
