Too Faced Natural Love Palette

Too Faced is probably one of my favourite brands despite not having tried loads from them. Everything I have tried from them though I’ve loved and I’ve never had any issues with anything I’ve bought from them. David surprised me with this for my birthday, I was so happy to have got it as it is fairly expensive – £52 is pretty expensive for a palette but considering you get 30 shades that are of insane quality the value is actually really good. My friend adores all of the Too Faced palettes but the Natural Love palette is the first of theirs that I’ve tried and I have to say I’m so bloody impressed.

Valentino Donna Perfume | Review

A few months back David’s mum and dad spoiled me for my birthday, one of the things they treated me to was the absolutely amazing Valentino Donna perfume. I’d seen this whilst in the airport coming back from Fuerteventura but as I was el skinto from the holiday I had to leave it behind.

February Goals

February is here and I’m feeling pretty good about this month. January had me reading six new books, and although I was so poorly for the majority of the month I feel like I managed to get a lot done. I managed to  blog 3 times a week for the whole month, saved some money and went to the gym a few times although I’d have liked to have gone a lot more! I’m looking forward to February and continuing to read – also looking forward to my first valentines with David, even if we just stay in and watch a movie I’d be so overly happy doing that – especially after the fiasco that was last valentines. So for February I’ve decided to set myself a few goals – I liked having a few goals for January, nothing too…

Bloggers Made Me Buy It | Wishlist

Glossier is a brand that I’ve read so many reviews on in the past few months but have yet to actually try anything for myself. If we’re gonna narrow it down to just a couple products I want to get my hands on I definitely want to try their Boy Brow and their Milky Jelly Cleanser. I’ve been looking for a replacement for Benefits Gimmie Brow for awhile and as Glossier is cruelty free and this seems like the perfect choice. I’ve also got my eye on the new Solution – as it sounds like a great addition to my skin care routine. Too Faced are one of my absolute favourite brands, although the Love Light highlighter has been on my list for a long long looooong time. The shade I want is Blinded by the Light, but its always out…

Read In January

January is always a fairly slow month, pay day seems like a lifetime away and in Glasgow it snowed for near enough half the month – also I was sick for the whole month so not the best time. But every cloud has a sliver lining an all that! With my spending most of the month in bed sick, I got to reading a lot more. I’ve actually now read more books in the last month than I did the whole of 2017… Two books that I read were ones that had been started in 2017, and four others had been read front to back this month. I am a book reading machine and I’m loving that I’m back reading again.
